Dr. Dominique Spaeth is a highly experienced medical oncologist and board-certified pulmonologist with over thirty years of experience in the field. He currently serves as the Head of the Medical Department and CEO at Gentilly Oncology Center, a private medical practice in Nancy, France, since 2005. Prior to this, he held the position of Head of the Medical Oncology Department at one of the 20 Regional Comprehensive Research and Treatment Centers (CRLCC) in France, where he worked for 15 years. ... Throughout his career, Dr. Spaeth has demonstrated a strong commitment to clinical research and has established a highly active clinical research unit within his private practice. He has been involved as an investigator in over 15 clinical studies simultaneously and has led more than 100 studies as a principal investigator in his center. With more than 190 publications to his name, he has made significant contributions to the field of oncology. Dr. Spaeth's expertise encompasses a wide range of solid tumors, with the exception of pediatric, head and neck, and brain tumors. His extensive knowledge and experience in treating various types of solid tumors have made him a well-rounded specialist. He has particular expertise in breast cancer, where he leads the local breast cancer team and actively contributes to inter-regional guidelines. He frequently speaks at nationwide breast cancer symposia and has participated in numerous clinical studies and publications in this field. In the area of lung cancer, Dr. Spaeth leads the local lung cancer team for medical treatments and contributes to inter-regional guidelines. His team has the highest recruitment rate for advanced lung cancer cases in the region. He has participated in multiple clinical studies and published extensively in the field of lung cancer. Dr. Spaeth also plays a leading role in the local prostate and bladder cancer team, working closely with a large team of urologist surgeons.
