Dr. Friederike Danne received her Medical Degree from Hannover Medical School. Afterward, she underwent training in Pediatrics, Pediatric Cardiology, and Pediatric Intensive Care at Charite Children's Hospital and Hannover Medical School. After being the Head of the Outpatients Department for Congenital Heart Disease at Hannover Medical School, she was appointed as the Head of the same department at the German Heart Institute Berlin, the position she currently holds.
Dr. Danne is a member of various national and international scientific associations, including the German Society for Pediatric Cardiology (DGPK) and the International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation (ISHLT).
