Dr. Wolfgang Abenhardt is an internal medicine specialist with over 30 years of experience in the oncology and hematology fields, including diagnostics and therapy in radiology/nuclear medicine. He completed his medical degree at the University of Bonn, Medical University of Innsbruck, and Heidelberg University School of Medicine in 1976. Afterward, he received training in radiology/nuclear medicine and hematology/oncology. Dr. Abenhardt has worked at several medical facilities throughout his... career, starting with a residency at Garmisch-Partenkirchen Hospital and Northwest Hospital Sanderbusch in Germany from 1976 to 1977. He then worked at the Wilhelmshaven Clinic from 1979 to 1981 in radiology/nuclear medicine before moving to the Northwest Hospital Sanderbusch from 1981 to 1982 to specialize in pulmonology and nephrology. From there, he worked at the Grosshadern Clinic (Ludwig Maximilian University Clinic Campus Grosshadern) in Munich, Germany, in hematology/oncology practice from 1982 to 1986 before joining the Munich Oncological Practice in Elisenhof in 1986, where he currently works.
