Dr. Hirt Hubertus

Dr. Hirt Hubertus is an Orthopedic Surgery Physician with extensive experience in arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder. He graduated from the University of Freiburg in 1996 and has been practicing medicine for over 25 years. Dr. Hubertus has worked in various medical institutions in Germany, including BDH Clinic Waldkirch, where he has been the Head of the Department of Arthroscopic Surgery of the Shoulder since 2017. Prior to his current role, Dr. Hubertus was a Specialist in Orthopedic Surg...ery of the Shoulder and Co-owner of an Orthopedic Surgery Center in Freiburg, Germany, from 2014. He was also a Founding Member of an Orthopedic Practice and Ambulatory Center in Freiburg from 2005 to 2014. In addition, Dr. Hubertus worked as a Senior Doctor in the Orthopedic Department of Villingen-Schwenningen Clinic in 2004 and was a Medical Intern in various medical institutions, including Center Ambulatory Care in Orthopedic Surgery in Bad Duerrheim and the Department of Trauma Surgery in Bad Krozingen, among others. Dr. Hubertus is well-known for his expertise in minimally invasive shoulder surgery, with a particular focus on arthroscopic surgery of supraspinatus tendon and rotator cuff injuries. He personally performs close to 500 all-arthroscopic surgeries on the shoulder per year. He is affiliated with the Society for Arthroscopy and Joint Surgery (AGA) and the Professional Association for Orthopedics and Trauma Surgery (BVOU).
