Dr. Michael Cher is a highly accomplished medical professional with extensive education and experience in urology and urologic oncology. He obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri, and completed residencies in General Surgery and Urology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. He also pursued a fellowship in Urologic Oncology and Molecular Cytogenetics at the University of California School of Medicine. Dr. Ch...er has held various faculty positions at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan, starting as an Assistant Professor and eventually becoming a Professor in the Departments of Urology, Pathology, and Oncology. He has also served as the Chair of the Department of Urology since 2006. Throughout his career, he has made significant contributions to academia, publishing over 140 research articles and serving on the editorial boards of several prominent journals.
