Dr. Christian Kersten is a clinical oncologist with over 20 years of experience in the field. He has held various positions throughout his career, including Senior Researcher at the Department of Research at Sørlandet Hospital in Kristiansand, Norway, and Oncologic Consultant and Head of Clinical Trial Unit at the Department of Oncology at Akershus University Hospital in Lørenskog, Norway. Dr. Kersten has also worked as a Medical Manager at Roche Norway in Oslo, Norway. Dr. Kersten's areas of... expertise include research and development, medical oncology, clinical drug development, pathology and biology, cancer patient care, radiotherapy, pharmacology, development of cancer, immunotherapy, and clinical management. He has published over 40 research articles and developed a patent for "The use of EGFR-inhibitors for the treatment of neuropathic pain". Dr. Kersten received his MD from the University of Kiel in 1996 and his PhD in Tumor Immunology from The Norwegian Radium Hospital, Oslo University Hospital in 2007. He also holds a Medical Degree in Experimental Immunology from the Department of Biochemistry of the University of Kiel.
