Dr. Roland Gitter is a specialist in pediatrics with a focus on pediatric cardiology. He is the Deputy Head of the Department for Pediatric Cardiology at Kepler University Hospital and runs the largest Catheterisation Laboratory for congenital heart defects in Austria.
Dr. Gitter studied medicine at the University of Graz after which he completed Training in Occupational Health, Residency in General Medicine, Pediatrics, and Pediatric Cardiology.
Dr. Gitter is skilled in all diagnostic and interventional procedures in Congenital Heart Disease, Fetal Interventions, and Hybrid procedures; Echocardiography including TOE and 3D echo, Fetal Echocardiography, and Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care.
