Biography

Dr. Brunilda Alushi is a board-certified specialist in Internal Medicine and Cardiology, from the Board of Physicians in Berlin, Germany, an MD of the University of Turin, a PhD in Molecular Medicine, and a certified researcher from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in Boston, USA. She completed her training in internal medicine and cardiology at the famous Charite´- medical University in Berlin where she also started the fellowship in interventional cardiology, including the percutaneous treatment of coronary artery disease and valvular heart disease.

As winner of the 2020 Grant of the European Society of Cardiovascular Imaging, Dr. Brunilda Alushi trained in advanced cardiovascular imaging including cardiac CT and cardiac MRI at the excellence center of Monzino Heart Centre in Milan, Italy. Since 2020 she is a Fellow of the European Society of Cardiovascular Imaging. Presently she is a consultant interventional cardiologist at the Department of Interventional Cardiology in Klinik Vincentinum in Augsburg, Germany, focused on complex coronary interventions.
