Biography

Dr. Wilko Weichert studied medicine in Marburg, Würzburg and Berlin. He was appointed as Assistant Professor at the Charité University Medicine, Germany after completing his Residency there. In 2010 he was appointed as a Full Professor of Pathology and Deputy Director at the Institute of Pathology, Ruprecht-Karls University, Germany. Since 2015 he has been holding the Chair for Pathology at the Technical University of Munich (TUM). Dr. Weichert is a member of the Board of Directors of the German
