Dr. Philip Wintermeyer

Dr. Philip Wintermeyer is an expert in Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine, Neonatology, and Pediatric Gastroenterology, with a specialization in Inflammatory bowel disease and Pediatric gastrointestinal endoscopy. He received his medical education from Witten/Herdecke University in Germany, Addis Ababa School of Medicine in Ethiopia, and Case Western Reserve University in the United States. Dr. Wintermeyer completed his specialist training in Pediatrics, Pediatric Gastroenterology, and Neonato...logy at Children’s Hospital, HELIOS University Hospital, and Witten/Herdecke University. He then worked as a Consultant in General Pediatrics, Pediatric Gastroenterology, and Neonatology at the University Hospital Erlangen and the University Hospital Munich. He currently owns a Private Clinic specializing in General Pediatrics, Pediatric Gastroenterology, Allergology, Sonography, and Endoscopy, and works as a Consultant at the Children’s Hospital of Technical University Munich. Dr. Wintermeyer is also an Assistant Professor and Lecturer for Pediatrics at the Technical University Munich. Dr. Wintermeyer is affiliated with several professional organizations, including the German Society for Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine (DGKJ), the Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition (GPGE), the Professional Association of Pediatricians (BVKJ), the Pediatric Network Munich, the Pediatric Network Bavaria, and the Association of Pediatricians Munich.
