Dr. Mohammad Motawea is an experienced endocrinologist with a focus on the diagnosis and treatment of common pituitary and adrenal disorders, as well as has experience in treating patients with diabetes, thyroid and calcium metabolism disorders. He received his medical degree from Mansoura University, Egypt, in 2007. Dr. Motawea has held several positions as a Specialty Registrar in various medical institutions in Denmark. From 2015 to 2022, he served as a Specialty Registrar in different de...partments, including Endocrinology at Odense University Hospital, Internal Medicine at Vejle Hospital and Sonderborg Hospital, and Endocrine Clinic at Sonderborg Hospital. In 2022, he became a Staff Specialist in the Department of Endocrinology at NSR Hospital in Zealand, Denmark. Currently, Dr. Motawea is a consultant in Endocrinology at Zealand University Hospital, where he is a member of the pituitary team (The department has the main function of diagnosing and treating pituitary disorders in the Zealand region). Moreover, he provides clinical care to patients with diabetes mellitus, osteoporosis, thyroid disease, adrenal gland, and pituitary disorders. He supervises internal medicine and endocrinology registrars and residents, as well as medical students in the endocrine clinic. Dr. Motawea also collaborates with research teams to investigate new treatments and improve patient outcomes.
