Biography

Dr. Maliha Sadick is a highly accomplished interventional radiologist with extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of vascular anomalies in both children and adults. She holds a medical degree from the Ruprecht Karls University of Heidelberg, obtained in 1993, and completed her residency in Radiology at the Institute of Clinical Radiology and Nuclear Medicine, University Hospital Mannheim, Germany, from 1994 to 1999. Dr. Sadick began her career at the same institute as a Consultan...t from 2002 to 2007 and then as an Associate Professor from 2009 to 2011. She is currently a Full Professor and Senior Consultant, as well as the Section Chief for "Molecular Imaging," at the Institute of Clinical Radiology and Nuclear Medicine, University Hospital Mannheim, which is currently the oldest and largest Vascular Anomaly Center in Germany. There she focuses on whole-body interventions, except for neuro. Dr. Sadick is a Fellow of the Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiological Society of Europe (CIRSE) and a member of several prestigious medical societies, including the German Interdisciplinary Society for Vascular Anomalies, the German Society for Interventional Radiology and Minimally Invasive Therapy (DEGIR), the European Society of Radiology, the International Society for the Study of Vascular Anomalies, and the German Roentgen Ray Society. Dr. Sadick is also a prolific author, having published over 100 articles in PubMed and possessing three patents related to her research.
