Dr. Tomas Juren

Dr. Tomas Juren received medical education from the Masaryk University of Brno. He completed his residencies at University Children's Hospital Brno and University Maternity Hospital Brno. Since then he has been an Instructor in intensive and neonatal care. Moreover, Dr. Juren is currently the Head of the intensive care unit as well as a Consultant for neonatal intensive care at the University Hospital Brno. His further positions include the Deputy of Chief Consultant for Science and Research and Member of the group for the prevention and management of nosocomial infection in newborns.

Dr. Juren also has professional experience in Ireland (Mount Carmel Hospital) and undertook training to further his knowledge and expertise in Germany (Course and workshop on artificial and neonatal ventilation).
