Dr. Manuel Angel Cobo Dols

Dr. Manuel Angel Cobo Dols holds a Doctor of Medicine and Surgery degree from the University of Malaga and is currently serving as the Chairman of the Medical Oncology Service at the University Regional Hospital in Malaga. Additionally, he serves as the co-coordinator of the Clinical Research and Clinical Trials Unit at Quironsalud Malaga Hospital.

Dr. Cobo Dols has been an active participant in over 150 research lines and national and international clinical trials in the field of medical oncology since 1995, including lung cancer and other funded public projects. He has also presented more than 130 papers at national and international conferences and scientific meetings.

Dr. Cobo Dols is a member of several societies, including the Spanish Society of Medical Oncology, the Andalusian Society of Medical Oncology, the International Society of Lung Cancer, and the Spanish Lung Cancer Group.

In terms of congress communications, Dr. Cobo Dols has presented more than 20 communications at regional congresses, over 120 communications at national congresses, and over 140 communications at international congresses.

Dr. Cobo Dols has also published extensively, with 55 publications in national journals and 85 publications in high-impact international journals, including NEJM, Journal of Clinical Oncology, Lancet, JAMA, Lancer Oncology, Clinical Cancer Research, Annals of Oncology, and others.
