Dr. Francis Kilian is an experienced Orthopaedic Specialist and Neurosurgeon. He studied Medicine at Ruhr University Bochum, after which Dr. Kilian completed his residency programs in Neurosurgery and Orthopedic Surgery where he specialized in General Orthopaedic Surgery, Spinal Orthopaedic Surgery, Neuroorthopaedics, and Arthroscopic Surgery. Then Dr. Kilian practiced as a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon and a Consultant at the Spinal Surgical Department. He has been the Head of the Spinal Surgical Department at Catholic Hospital Koblenz in Germany since 1999.

Dr. Kilian is an active member of national and international associations such as the German Spine Society and the German-Japanese Society for Orthopaedics and Trauma. He is also active in the research field - Dr. Kilian has more than 70 publications.
