Dr. Efua Asamoah-Odei

Dr. Efua Asamoah-Odei is a highly experienced Nephrologist and Internal Medicine physician with over 10 years of diverse experience in her field. She graduated with honors from Howard University College of Medicine in 2008 and received certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine, as well as the American Board of Medical Specialties - Nephrology. She is also a Certified Specialist in Clinical Hypertension.

Dr. Asamoah-Odei has held various positions at different hospitals in Philadelphia, PA, including Nephrologist at Clinical Nephrology Associates, Volunteer Faculty at Hahnemann University Hospital, and Moonlighting Physician at On Call Physician Staffing at Nazareth Hospital. She has also served as an Internal Medicine Physician at IPC Christiana Health Care Center, and as a Hospitalist in Internal Medicine at Christiana Health Care Center.

Currently, Dr. Asamoah-Odei holds hospital appointments in Nephrology at Temple University Hospital, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Methodist Hospital, and Cancer Treatment Center of America. She is affiliated with several professional organizations, including the American Society of Nephrology, the Renal Physician’s Association, the American College of Physicians, and the International Society of Nephrology.
