Dr. Alejandro Navarro

Dr. Alejandro Navarro has a current appointment in the Medical Oncology Department at Vall d'Hebron University Hospital, where he completed a residency program between 2009 and 2014. He now serves as an Attending Physician and Clinical Investigator.

Dr. Navarro's education includes a Medical Degree from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Navarra, as well as postgraduate and specialist training in Molecular Oncology at the Spanish National Cancer Research Center and in Immuno-Oncology at the University of Navarra.

Dr. Navarro has had experience in clinical trials since 2009 and holds a Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training certificate. He is also a member of several national and international professional societies and organizations, including the Spanish Society of Medical Oncology and the American Society of Clinical Oncology.

In terms of teaching activities, Dr. Navarro served as an Associate Professor of Oncology at the Autonomous University of Barcelona from 2015 to 2017 and has been involved in a training course in clinical trials in oncology at Vall d'Hebron Institute of Oncology since 2016.

Dr. Navarro is the author of 38 papers published in peer-reviewed medical and scientific journals.
